Scheduling is invitation-only. We store your name, email, date availability, optional timing notes and the time and author of changes. Your reply is visible to you, the organizer and agents explicitly authorized by the organizer.

We use the Two Planets workspace sign-in system: one-use email links lasting 10 minutes, an eight-digit code, and secure sessions lasting 30 days. Links are bound to the browser that requested them. Sign-in requests are rate-limited. Credentials are stored only as hashes.

Vercel hosts the service, Turso stores the data, and Two Planets Dispatch delivers sign-in mail through Resend. No advertising or analytics. Workspace membership does not grant access to scheduling polls.

Closing a poll stops responses but retains them. Contact ben@twoplanets.org to remove your data. Poll data is retained until the organizer deletes it; no automatic expiry has been set. Sign out to end your current session.
